Load a backpack with 5-7 kg of books. It will allow the backpack to fit tightly against your back and you will get the idea of how it will feel fully loaded. Put the backpack on you back and adjust the straps. You will need to know that men and women carry weights differently. Women’s body center of gravity is located closer to the belly area, while men’s - to the chest. So, if you are a lady, loosen the straps so that the most weight stays in the middle of your back. If you are a man, pull the straps so that the top of the backpack sits 5-8 cm from the shoulder level. Just don’t forget, we are all different, so there could be exceptions to this rule.

The terms of warranty service for productspurchased in other countries may differ and are determined by the seller orofficial partner in the respective country.
7. What is not covered by the warranty? And what does the warranty cover?
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, provided the backpack is used correctly and the care instructions on the product label are followed.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• lack of proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, invoice);
• defects arising from misuse of the product;
• mechanical damage caused by careless use or storage (cuts, tears, scratches, dents, stains, stretching, etc.);
• damage caused by aggressive cleaning agents, chemicals, extreme temperatures or sunlight
• (fading, discolouration, fabric deformation);
• exceeding the permissible load;
• cases where the buyer or third parties have attempted to repair or replace any parts of the product themselves without the seller’s or service centre’s consent, and/or to carry out any alterations to the product’s design by unauthorised third-party services or repairers;
• damage to decorative elements (pendants, key rings, badges, prints, patches) and additional fittings (fasteners, carabiners, pullers) that are not structural elements of the rucksack;
• purchase of goods at a discount with existing defects noted (for example, during a sale or in the ‘discount’ category).
