1. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

Warranty period: 36 months from the date of purchase. If the actual transfer of the goods occurs later, the warranty begins from the day of receipt by the consumer.
2. The warranty applies only to Kite TM backpacks from the 2026 collection.
The warranty does not cover:
- decorative elements (pendants, keychains, badges, prints, patches);
- additional accessories that do not affect functionality (fasteners, carabiners).
3. The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- absence of a confirming document of purchase (receipt, invoice);
- defects resulting from unintended use of the product;
- mechanical damage caused by careless use or storage (cuts, tears, scratches, dents, dirt, stretching, etc.);
- damage due to exposure to aggressive detergents, chemicals, extreme temperatures or solar radiation (fading, discoloration, fabric deformation);
- exceeding the permissible load;
- cases where the buyer or third parties attempted to independently repair or replace any elements of the product without agreement with the seller or service center and/or carried out any intervention in the product's design by unauthorized third-party services, masters;
- damage to decorative elements (pendants, keychains, badges, prints, patches) and additional accessories (fasteners, carabiners) that are not structural elements of the backpack;
- purchase of goods at a discount with an indication of existing defects (for example, during a sale or in the "discounted" category).
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers only defects caused by manufacturing deficiencies:
- A seam on the backpack came undone (provided the fabric is not damaged).
- A zipper came undone (provided the teeth are intact).
4. Backpack usage rules
To ensure the backpack maintains its appearance and functionality for a long time:
- Use the product as intended.
- Avoid cuts, tears, and heavy soiling.
- Protect from chemicals, moisture, sun, and extreme temperatures.
- If there are two straps, use both; place heavy items closer to the back.
- When closing the zipper, hold the slider to prevent the lining fabric from getting caught.
- Machine washing and automatic drying are not recommended.
