Warranty Terms and Conditions
We are confident in every stitch, so we bravely take responsibility for the durability of our products. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:
- Collection: The warranty applies to Kite TM textile backpacks from the 2026 collection.
- Place of purchase: The product was purchased from official dealers or authorized brand partners.
- Proof of purchase: Availability of a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
- Operation: The product is used for its intended purpose and according to the rules on the tag.
Validity period: 36 months from the date of purchase (or from the actual date of receipt of the goods.
Warranty obligations are not valid in the following cases:
- absence of a supporting document for purchase (receipt, invoice);
- defects resulting from misuse of the product;
- mechanical damage caused by negligent use or storage (cuts, tears, scratches, dents, dirt, stretching, etc.);
- damage due to exposure to aggressive detergents, chemicals, extreme temperatures, or solar radiation (fading, discoloration, fabric deformation);
- exceeding the permissible load - 7 kg;
- cases where the buyer or third parties attempted to independently repair or replace any elements of the product without agreement with the seller or service center and/or make any intervention in the design of the product by unauthorized third-party services, craftsmen;
- damage to decorative elements (pendants, keychains, badges, prints, patches) and additional fittings (fasteners, carabiners, sliders - pullers) that are not structural elements of the backpack;
- purchase of a product with a discount indicating existing defects (for example, during a sale or in the "markdown" category).
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers exclusively defects caused by manufacturing flaws:
- A seam on the backpack has come undone (provided the fabric is not damaged).
- The zipper has come undone (provided the teeth are intact).
How to keep your backpack in excellent condition?
To ensure your Kite lasts for years, follow these simple rules:
- Use the product for its intended purpose.
- Avoid cuts, tears, and heavy soiling.
- Use both straps to distribute weight evenly.
- Place the heaviest items closer to the back.
- Hold the zipper when closing to avoid snagging the fabric.
- Avoid machine washing and automatic drying.

How to act in case of a warranty claim
If a manufacturing defect is found:
- Contact the seller at the retail outlets or online stores of official Dealers and Authorized partners where the backpack was purchased.
- Present the backpack and the document confirming the purchase.
