Support is especially important when it is consistent. And the Kite brand continues its ongoing partnership with the "Children of Heroes" Charitable Foundation – an organization that cares for children who have lost one or both parents as a result of the war.
In 2026, we are launching a new stage of cooperation: a portion of the proceeds from the sale of backpacks from the Kite 2026 collection will be donated to the foundation. The collected funds will be used to purchase school supplies for the foundation's beneficiaries, so that children can start the school year with the necessary supplies and a feeling of support nearby.
Our goal is to get 2000 schoolchildren ready for school. And we know it's achievable.
Last year, this initiative became a true example of how joint actions yield measurable results. Thanks to your support, 2000 children received help for school by the start of the academic year.
Specifically:
- 680 first-graders received backpacks and stationery sets;
- 300 children from families in difficult circumstances received backpacks filled with everything they needed;
- Another 1280 schoolchildren received high-quality stationery sets, which made preparing for school simpler and more comfortable.
This year, we are maintaining the bar: we are once again setting an ambitious and at the same time very specific goal – to prepare 2000 children under the care of the foundation for school.
For a child, help in preparing for school is the confidence that they are not alone. It is a sense of support and an opportunity to focus on learning with inspiration.
