Before the start of the school year, we provided 2,000 sets to children who lost one or both parents due to the war. The initiative was implemented jointly with the "Children of Heroes" Charitable Foundation, which systematically supports the families of the deceased and helps children adapt to new life circumstances.
Each set contains everything necessary for studying: a backpack, a pencil case, a shoe bag, notebooks, writing supplies, and other basic school essentials.
We allocated part of the funds for purchasing the sets from the sale of backpacks from the Kite 2026 collection – thank you to everyone who chose our products and thus joined this initiative.
When basic educational needs are met, a child gains space for the most important thing – to unleash abilities, learn new things, and create.
At the same time, the support itself is also important: when there are people nearby who do not stand aside from children's needs.

What the children received
- 850 first-graders this year received not only ergonomic backpacks but also complete sets of necessary stationery.
- 300 primary school students from families in difficult life circumstances received backpacks and all the necessary stationery for their studies.
- Another 850 schoolchildren received stationery sets containing everything necessary for studying and creativity.
We thank the "Children of Heroes" Foundation for coordinating the project and everyone who supported the initiative by purchasing Kite products. This is not our first social project – and certainly not our last: we continue to look for ways to be useful to children in need.
