People love new and clean things, but there are many life situations where an absolutely new item becomes simply horrible.
For example:
- you're walking in the city, and suddenly a bird...;
- your backpack got dusty after falling on the ground or floor;
- your backpack "survived" a hike. The events described above require immediate intervention.
Washing:
- add detergents (washing powder or gel) to a basin with clean, warm water;
- soak the backpack in the basin for an hour; this will handle "simple" stains;
- afterward, clean the outer and inner surfaces with a washcloth or rag;
- for more "stubborn" stains, use a stain remover.
Drying:
- do not wring out the backpack;
- hang the item after washing to "drip dry";
- to preserve the color, do not dry the backpack in direct sunlight or on a radiator;
- to quickly dry the pockets, place crumpled newspaper inside them.
Care:
- after drying, the backpack should be treated with a special water-repellent agent. This will protect the item from future dirt.
Life hack:
- if the backpack has "absorbed" an unpleasant odor – place a packet of inexpensive coffee beans or cat litter in it for 24 hours. The filler will quickly and effectively dry all pockets.
